FACEBOOK POLICY

The True Toniqs™ Facebook page is where True Toniqs and our customers are able to communicate on a variety of topics relevant to our product line up and customer service. While we encourage open sharing within our communities, we ask that we are shown the same respect we are striving to offer to you.

True Toniqs™ reserves the right to delete or mark as spam any comments that are inflammatory, abusive or spam. We also reserve the right to block access to anyone from posting to our Facebook page as we deem necessary.

We have a few policy notes and requests:

  1. A variety of people from different demographics visit our page, so we ask that you keep your comments and postings PG rated.
  2. We will not allow personal attacks, spam, abusive, offensive, threatening or harassing images or posts to our page. This includes thinly veiled swear words.
  3. We will not allow any discriminatory posts or comments. This includes any comments that reference race, color, age, religion, sexual orientation, mental disability, or gender.
  4. Posts that promote someone else’s business will be removed and marked as spam.
  5. We will not allow any posts that disclose personal information.
  6. We will not allow any comments or posts promoting or opposing anything related to politics.
  7. You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username and any information provided.

TWITTER POLICY

The True Toniqs™ Twitter account is where True Toniqs and our customers are able to communicate on a variety of topics relevant to our product line up and customer service. While we encourage open sharing within our communities, we ask that we are shown the same respect we are striving to offer to you.

We have a few policy notes and requests:

  1. We will block accounts from following us that post sexually explicit materials.
  2. We will not block accounts that engage in personal attacks or spam, or that use offensive, threatening or harassing images and/or language.
  3. We will block accounts that tweet discriminatory posts or comments. This includes any accounts that discriminate based on race, color, age, religion, sexual orientation, mental disability, or gender.
  4. We will block accounts that tag us to promote someone else’s business.
  5. We will not participate in following or retweeting any accounts or tweets promoting or opposing anything related to politics.
  6. You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username and any information provided.

True Toniqs™ Blogging Code of Conduct

True Toniqs™ blog is written and curated by various members of employees and consultants working with the company. These employees and consultants retain positions at various levels of management, so you can expect a variety of viewpoints, written with our customers in mind.

We will:

  1. Work diligently to have open and honest conversations with our readers.
  2. Correct inaccurate or misleading posts within a timely manner when brought to our attention.
  3. Not write about certain topics: financials, intellectual property, trade secrets, layoffs and certain alliances between partners, customers and suppliers.
  4. Provide links when applicable to material we have curated from other sources i.e. blogs/web sites. We will disclose sources through well cited links and trackbacks, unless the source has asked us not to.
  5. Use sound judgment when writing, posting and curating our blog posts and topics. We respect that you provide us with the same sound judgment when responding to our posts.
  6. Respect intellectual property rights.

 

Comments:

  1. All comments will be reviewed by senior management before they are approved for posting on our blogs.
  2. Review, post and respond to comments in a timely manner. We welcome constructive criticism. While we cannot respond to every comment, we will read all of them.
  3. We will not post comments that are inflammatory, spam, contain profanity or are otherwise deemed inappropriate.
  4. Our blogs focus on material of interest to all of our readers, so we ask that you do not use comments for customer support inquiries, but rather use the contact form on our website for any customer service related matters.
